Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided NEPA environmental services for roadway and bridge improvements along Moccasin Trail Road (EW-109) in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. The project includes widening, resurfacing, and bridge improvements along approximately four miles of rural roadway to enhance safety and operational performance.

Hudson Prince led coordination with ODOT’s Environmental Programs Division, Local Government Division, and Pottawatomie County to complete the environmental review and documentation required for project advancement. Services included preparation of NEPA documentation, coordination with state and federal resource agencies, and completion of environmental studies addressing waters and wetlands, biological resources, cultural resources, and hazardous materials.

Through early coordination with the design team and stakeholders, Hudson Prince identified and avoided potential impacts to Tribal properties and other sensitive resources. The team incorporated environmental commitments and mitigation measures into the project documentation, helping streamline the NEPA process and position the project for advancement into design and construction.
