CI – 2450C US-75 Pavement Rehabilitation; ODOT

ODOT District 8

Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided engineering design services for a major pavement rehabilitation project along approximately 5.4 miles of US-75 in Tulsa County, extending from just north of I-244 to 56th Street North. The project focused on improving pavement condition, safety features, and overall corridor performance along this heavily traveled urban route.

Services included survey, pavement design, preliminary and final design, and preparation of complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E). The project involved full-depth replacement of Portland cement concrete pavement for mainline lanes and shoulders, as well as ramp reconstruction extending to appropriate termini such as gore points and street radii.

Additional improvements included replacement of existing cable barrier with a median barrier wall, upgrades to guardrail systems, and careful consideration of traffic control strategies to maintain one lane of traffic in each direction throughout construction. This project highlights Hudson Prince’s ability to deliver complex urban roadway rehabilitation projects while maintaining traffic operations and enhancing long-term corridor safety and durability.
