Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided full construction management services for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on a roadway improvement project in Creek County, Oklahoma (JP 31554(04)). Acting as ODOT’s on-site representative, Hudson Prince delivered Level III construction management services to support the successful execution of the project.
Services included resident engineering, daily construction inspection, materials sampling and testing coordination, environmental compliance monitoring, and contract administration. The team was responsible for documenting construction activities, verifying quantities for pay estimates, coordinating with contractors and utility providers, managing contract documentation, and supporting project closeout.
