Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided construction management services for the CI-2474D Task Order #7 project in Rogers County, Oklahoma. The project required long-term coordination and oversight, with an anticipated construction duration of approximately 750 calendar days.
Hudson Prince supported project delivery by providing dedicated resident engineering services, including coordination among the contractor and ODOT and other stakeholders, and detailed documentation of project progress. The team also assisted with environmental compliance coordination, including support for SWPPP implementation and adherence to environmental commitments throughout construction.
In addition to traditional construction management services, Hudson Prince incorporated drone-based monitoring through scheduled quarterly flights. High-resolution aerial imagery and video provided enhanced visibility into construction progress, staging, and site conditions, improving communication and project tracking across stakeholders. This combination of field leadership and technology-driven insights contributed to effective project coordination and documentation.
