Hudson Prince is providing program management services for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s (OTA) ACCESS Program, a transformative, bond-funded initiative delivering major transportation improvements across multiple corridors statewide. The program includes a series of concurrent, high-profile projects requiring coordinated planning, design, and delivery across a broad network of stakeholders, agencies, and consultant teams.
Serving as Corridor Manager for the Will Rogers Turnpike, Hudson Prince plays a key role in advancing one of the program’s primary corridors while also actively participating in program-wide coordination efforts. Our team is engaged in corridor-level leadership as well as broader program discussions, leading and managing the Quality Control for the program and contributing to consistency, communication, and alignment across all ACCESS Program corridors. Hudson Prince also leads the environmental compliance and monitoring for the Program ensuring a proactive approach and holistic approach that keeps the program moving at an accelerated pace.
Hudson Prince supports the program through coordination of multidisciplinary teams, schedule and milestone tracking, and facilitation of communication between OTA, design consultants, and partner agencies. The complexity of the ACCESS Program—spanning multiple corridors, simultaneous project development efforts, and diverse stakeholder groups—requires a structured and proactive approach to program delivery.
Through our involvement, Hudson Prince helps ensure that corridor-specific efforts remain aligned with overall program goals through planning and development through construction, supporting efficient delivery, informed decision-making, and successful advancement of one of Oklahoma’s most significant transportation programs.
