Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided conceptual engineering services for the City of Broken Arrow to evaluate access improvements to Timber Ridge Elementary School from 37th Street. The project focused on enhancing connectivity, improving safety, and optimizing traffic operations for students, staff, and the surrounding community.
Hudson Prince developed a comprehensive conceptual study evaluating two potential roadway alignments, including alignment layouts, typical sections, preliminary quantities, cost estimates, and a comparative impact matrix. The team utilized CAD-based mapping derived from aerial imagery and assessed key considerations such as utility conflicts, potential subsurface rock impacts, and constructability constraints.
The final deliverable included a detailed summary memorandum with supporting exhibits and an executive-level comparison of alternatives, providing the City with clear, actionable recommendations. This effort enabled informed decision-making and positioned the project for efficient advancement into future design and implementation phases.
