US-75 & I-44 in Tulsa County

Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection provided drone videography and environmental compliance monitoring services for the US-75 and I-44 interchange improvements in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This federally funded project spans approximately 5.9 miles and includes major interchange reconstruction and corridor improvements along one of the region’s most heavily traveled transportation routes, with a construction duration of approximately 1,165 calendar days.

Hudson Prince coordinated with the project team prior to construction to establish environmental compliance procedures, including stormwater permitting requirements, inspection protocols, and implementation of erosion and sediment control measures appropriate for an urban environment. The preconstruction site conditions were also documented with drone video.

During construction, Hudson Prince performed routine SWPPP inspections, including weekly site visits, to confirm compliance with environmental requirements. The team documented site conditions, coordinated corrective measures, and ensured environmental commitments were upheld while navigating complex traffic control and staging constraints.

Hudson Prince also conducted quarterly drone flights along the project corridor. This aerial imagery provided a comprehensive perspective of interchange configurations, bridge construction, traffic control phasing, and overall project progress, supporting efficient coordination across multiple work areas and stakeholders.

In addition, drone services enhanced inspection and environmental compliance efforts by offering visual verification of site conditions, erosion control measures, and stabilization activities. The ability to track and compare construction progress over time improved transparency and communication, contributing to the successful delivery of this large-scale interchange project.
