Randy Woods, PE

Randy joined Hudson Prince in 2025, bringing more than 16 years of transportation engineering experience from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). As State Roadway Engineer, he led the Roadway Design Division and provided strategic direction on statewide design standards, project plan development, and best practices that helped improve Oklahoma’s transportation network. Before that role, Randy spent seven years as an Engineering Manager, where he guided the design and delivery of complex transportation projects involving geometric roadway design, hydrology and hydraulics design, construction traffic control, and project phasing. Now at Hudson Prince, Randy directs all engineering design efforts, ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and providing technical guidance across the firm’s projects.
